In this capacity, Mike will provide strategic oversight and play a key role in shaping the company\u2019s next phase of growth.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Having worked closely with teams across the business, Mike is well known for his commercial judgement, energy, and hands-on approach.
